FOTD: Featuring Burberry Antique Rose and theBalm Mary Lou-Manizer

I am really loving this everyday look right now. And I have been doing the same thing, or about the same thing this entire week. It's so easy to complete, so quick, and the colours can be pulled off so naturally, without looking overdone.

Products used:

Face
- Garnier Light B.B. Cream
- Make Up For Ever HD Loose Powder

Eyes
- theBalm Mary Lou-Manizer
- Burberry Antique Rose
- Sasa Super Dolly Mascara
- Empro Brow Liner

Cheek
- M.A.C Supercontinental (looks like I am really loving this a lot).

Lips
- Rouge Bunny Rouge in A Whim of Mine (almost ready to review this. Stay tuned!)

Brushes
- Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki
- Make Up For Ever Kabuki Brush
- M.A.C 217 (That's all it takes! One brush to achieve what I did. )
- Canmake Eyelash Curler
- Le Metier de Beaute Blush Brush

Yay, because I love using as little tools as possible! Totally hate going through so many eye brushes.

I really love the eye look a lot. Previously, I always wear Burberry Antique Rose alone, all over the eyelids, because that's the only one Burberry eyeshadow I have. I do own a whole crazy lot of colours from other brands, but for some reason, I have the habit of coordinating/creating a look from only one brand. Maybe because I feel like the textures will match better.

What inspired me to pair such a matte and mysterious colour from Burberry with such a bright gold tone highlight from theBalm is really Bubzbeauty and gossmakeupartist. I will put the links to both videos right after my post below.

If you watch Bubzbeauty, you will realise that mine is a played up, glamoured up version, and can be taken to night. haha, I was asked by my friends where I was going that night. =P I actually went straight home.

And I am glad to say, albeit a bit more shamelessly, that I got a lot of compliments for this look. =)

However, if you compare mine with gossmakeupartist's, mine is a lot more played down and wearable, even for daytime! All I really did was to pull out that plum colour he used, and interpret it in the form of Burberry Antique Rose. Hehe. =)

As such, this look of mine can take me from daytime work, all the way to dinner date.

From here, I will leave you to be inspired by Bubzbeauty and gossmakepartist!

Do you have a go-to look that you wear every single day, and somehow always gravitate back towards, no matter how you try to vary and change your routine? Perhaps you could describe it for me? =)
